Stella is the marketing assistant of your dreams. You focus on the product and strategy while Stella focuses on the marketing and growth of your business. With it comes a lot of data! So, the following are terms and conditions you agree to when using our services. The Service
Stella provides a platform where users, specifically small and medium enterprises, can connect their social media channels to receive suggestions on optimizing their social media marketing efforts. The suggestions and tools offered by Stella are intended to enhance your marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
IP and Data
By using the Stella service, you affirm that you hold all necessary rights and ownership over the data and content uploaded or shared through your account. You grant Stella the right to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, tailored specifically to your needs. Stella acknowledges that your data remains your exclusive property. We will never use the data you generate for any purpose other than those explicitly aimed at enhancing your user experience. We may, however, track your behavior so we can improve the product, which is the normal thing applications do, and how they get better over time.
Confidentiality Agreement
Stella respects the privacy of its users. Any user-generated content shared on our platform will not be shared outside of your designated profile without your express consent. We are committed to protecting and respecting your confidentiality and the security of your information!
This is very similar to confidentiality agreements for Marketing agencies, so nothing to worry about here.
Limitations of Liability
It is our core philosophy that Humans+AI is the best combination since peanut butter and jelly. So, we will constantly strive to give you full visibility over the work Stella is doing. Just like with any employee, once you are comfortable with Stella's performance, you may set it on auto-pilot.
Just like with any employee, you can fire Stella, but you cannot sue Stella for work it does with you! In other words, Stella, its employees, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any actions taken based on the suggestions provided by our platform. The responsibility for the execution of any marketing strategy and communication on social media channels rests solely with the user. Stella is not liable for the interactions and content generated, published, or distributed through the connected social media accounts by the users.
Termination
If you're not being nice to anyone working at Stella (or even others using Stella), we may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. So, be nice, have fun, and get ready to grow together!
Changes to this Document
One of the smartest things the American consitution writers got in the habit of doing was to allow amendments to happen in case old laws are no longer relevant. We at Stella are taking those learnings, so we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
